Merchandise Exchange Privileges
Merchandise returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt in
original condition for exchange of other in-stock merchandise
or for store credit only. No credit allowed for either
original shipping or return shipping charges unless we made an
error in the shipment.
Shipping Damages:
We take every precaution when packaging items for shipment. In
the unlikely event of damage in transit, please retain all
shipping and packing materials and call us within 48 hours of
receipt to schedule a UPS claim and inspection. We are open 7
days a week for your convenience. Claims for damage in transit
cannot be honored after this 48 hour period.
